I would feel the same as you about this work if it were meant to be taken as Art. However the guy does say it's a work in progress, and that is the way i view it. It's akin to a rough outline, a sketch, and in that capacity it is quite useful.

I have to say that for the first few seconds the unusual juxtaposition of sex and talking head is very exciting, but then when the announcer is pulled that duality/tension that made everything lively is no more - and it gets boring.

As a sketchpad scrawl for a future project it is promising and makes me want to learn desktop video editing.

I agree with your comments--it starts out promising, then loses focus. You can't have a man saying "You are about to witness history in the making" and then just show strippers dancing around. That's a bit of an empty promise. But as they say, it's a rough draft, and it is an interesting start. And the visual effects are quite striking.
Also, nice to hear the re-appearance of the one and only...George Putnam!
